Welcome to OS&OT Research!

Take a look at what we are discovering!

Our faculty and student research focuses on what people do, and how to make it easier for individuals to lead productive, meaningful and fulfilling lives. We explore our clients’ needs, create new models, methods, treatments and tools to enable them to achieve their goals, and evaluate the effectiveness of our practices in the fields of Enhancing Participation, Diversity and Inclusion, and Advancing Practice.

To learn more about specific research projects and to view a sample of recently published articles produced in our Department, see About Our Research and the profiles of our Core Faculty.

Our MScOT students are actively engaged in research activities throughout their program. To learn more about their research contributions, view Student Research Projects.  In addition to the many national and international research presentations made by our students every year, each student presents their research project at our annual Thelma Cardwell Research Day.
